After 12 months as franchisee architects in collaboration with a high caliber company, we are very pleased to deliver our 7th Kipinä Nursery and pre-school project.

The kindergarten Kipinä is committed to the reliance on safety, aesthetics, and function. While renovating old buildings bought by the franchisee, Kipinä international commits to: Evacuating a floor in less than 8 seconds, developing child-proof materials, double holding pen lock systems entrances, anti-slip and anti-bacterial threading steps, high IP of electrical sockets, door handles at 1.5 m above ground level, and much more.

We aim to "build a healthier future for the kids" by going green whenever it is possible!” With certified low/0 VOC painting and flooring, low dual-flush toilets for water efficiency, solar panels, converting waste materials into reusable objects, rain water collectors, energy efficient low-e glass for indoors and outdoors locations.

Finnish ECEC is based on an integrated approach to care, education, and teaching- following the “educare” model. Critically, teachers must support the development of children’s play with a systematic and goal-oriented approach by either guiding it from the outside or participating within it.

Kipina Qatar

The franchise always look for existing buildings that will be refurbished in order to host new functions. In Qatars case, we were merging two existing buildings with a lightweight wooden structure created a functional ground level where all the classrooms are located. The buildings were painted in light yellow, existing aluminum frames were replaced with wooden ones, the external fence was designed as kipina's trademark entrance approach.
